the drivers title-pattern

At the heart of the World of Outlaws are the drivers. Platinum drivers sign a contract to run full-time with the Series, showing up to every single race on the schedule. This ensures that at any given event the fans will be able to watch the World’s best Sprint Car and Late Model drivers compete, making this TRULY the Greatest Show on Dirt.

what is a platinum driver?

A platinum driver is a driver who has committed to running the full World of Outlaws schedule and compete for the Series championship. This makes them eligible for points fund payouts, tow money (to help them get from race to race), and bonus money for their support throughout the season.

Drivers must be approved by Series Officials to ensure the safety of the driver and other competitors.
